What are the admission requirements to gain entry into the VABE program?
The minimum average for admission into the BFA VABE is 75%.  Students must not only meet the regular admission requirements for the Bachelor of Fine Arts which includes one Grade 12 English, but they must also have Grade 12 physics and advanced functions.  Students are also recommended to take calculus and vectors.  A portfolio is not mandatory for admission directly into the VABE program but will be compulsory by the beginning of the second term of the third year (semester six) for any student wishing to pursue the architectural program at the UDM

Who can apply?
The VABE program is only open to Canadian students.  Any Visa student interested in attending the University of Detroit Mercy must apply directly to that institution.
